The subject of the MEPER BLOW MOLDING project is a traditional 20L stacking bucket weighing 1050 grams. The goal is quite challenging: to achieve a weight reduction of approximately 20% -25% without affecting any performance parameters.

This means that it is necessary to maintain:

• Anti drop impact performance at normal and low temperatures;

The stacking capacity under long-term warehouse storage conditions;

Dimensional stability during blow molding and cooling processes.

At the same time, process consistency and molding cycle should not be negatively affected. The challenge is clear: remove excess materials and reinforce only at the locations required by stress and load.
